Mr. Pho Boranith serves as the President of ALPHA LAW GROUP, one of Cambodia’s leading law firms, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees a comprehensive portfolio of corporate, commercial, and civil legal services. With over a decade of experience in both litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Mr. Pho Boranith is widely recognized as a leading authority in arbitration and mediation, adept at resolving complex legal and commercial disputes in Cambodia’s evolving legal landscape.
As a licensed attorney and active member of the Bar Association of Cambodia and the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), Mr. Pho Boranith has been instrumental in promoting ADR mechanisms in Cambodia. His practice focuses on arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, consistently achieving efficient, fair, and confidential resolutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed over 300 cases, securing settlements totaling more than USD 300 million, reflecting both his technical expertise and strategic insight in safeguarding client interests.

Attorney Pho Boranith
Attorney Pho Boranith holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia. His academic foundation, combined with years of practical experience, has enabled him to bridge the gap between legal scholarship and the practical demands of dispute resolution in complex business environments.
As a licensed attorney and active member of both the Bar Association of Cambodia and the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), Mr. Boranith has played an instrumental role in promoting and strengthening the use of ADR mechanisms in Cambodia. His practice encompasses arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, where he has consistently demonstrated an ability to resolve high-value disputes while maintaining efficiency, confidentiality, and fairness.
Throughout his career, Mr. Boranith has over 10 years of experience managing and resolving more than 300 cases, securing settlements exceeding USD 300 million. These results reflect not only his technical legal knowledge but also his strategic insight and capacity to safeguard the long-term interests of his clients. His work has significantly contributed to the advancement of ADR as a viable and trusted alternative to traditional litigation in Cambodia, particularly in the areas of commercial, corporate, labor, civil, and criminal law.
